My professional trajectory encompasses diverse roles, including tenure as a lecturer and Assistant Director at the Shah Alam City Council, board membership, and directorship at a Public Listed Company on the ASX, specializing in Software and Services, alongside advisory roles in multiple corporate entities. Acknowledged as an International Certified Trainer, I have effectively mentored over 40,000 entrepreneurs and organizations spanning Malaysia and Indonesia.

Anuar Yahaya

Anuar Yahaya holds IT & Business Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in Software Technology. With over twenty years of professional experience spanning various sectors, he has been engaged in significant roles within the Ministry of Communication Energy & Multimedia Malaysia, contributed to the Y2K & Personal Data Protection Act project, participated in the Payment Gateway Ecosystem, contributed to the Digital Asset Exchanger - UNIQ Exchange, and gained hands-on experience in Crypto Mining, Trading, as well as mentoring in DeFi & Cloud-based Ecosystems.

Hisham Ismail

Chief Technology Officer

Hisham Ismail, an accomplished IT/Telecommunications professional, brings forth over 25 years of expertise in pivotal sectors. His career encompasses the global implementation of OSS, BSS, and VAS products. Proficient in Fund Raising, Business Strategy, and Financial Planning, his journey commenced in electronics design, progressing to influential positions at Celcom Malaysia, Satelindo Indonesia, and Maxis Mobile, where he engineered diverse systems and facilitated seamless integrations.

Expanding his scope internationally, he contributed to significant Vodafone projects and successfully deployed VAS systems within the Middle East. His initiatives range from pioneering e-Learning endeavors in Saudi Arabia to spearheading broadband projects and advancing Blockchain system development. Renowned for tokenizing products and assets, Hisham's expertise spans Enterprise and Blockchain systems within Malaysia. Serving as the CTO at DAM Technologies, his Purdue University Electrical Engineering degree underscores his impactful career trajectory.

Dato' Abdul Manap Abd. Wahab

Dato' Manap is highly experienced in conventional and Islamic Banking. During his 20-year Maybank tenure, he served in various capacities such as Branch Manager, Regional Manager for Perak and later Selangor and Negeri Sembilan. Among his many eye catching internal appointments, he was the General Manager in Maybank London, General Manager Branch Operations Division and Project Manager for Retail Banking Development Project. His last position in Maybank was Head of Retail Marketing Maybank Group until 2002.

Late 2004, he was headhunted to become Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad's CEO when it was loss-making. Under his stewardship, his team turned the Bank around in his very first year and chalked up profit in excess of RM100 million the year after. Spreading his wings, he joined a Singapore group with coal mining and shipping interests in Indonesia as President Direktur of PT Rimau Indonesia in 2008. The company was listed as Agritrade Resources Ltd on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Between 2013 and 2016, He was also on the Board of Lembaga Zakat Selangor. He was also an external lecturer at UPM Putra Business School from 2013 to 2016. He is regularly invited to give talks on Islamic Banking in 2012. He obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration degree from Ohio University (USA) in 1980 and a Masters in Business Administration (Finance), the University of Hull, UK, in 1993.

He was conferred the Darjah Dato' Paduka Mahkota Perak by His Royal Highness Sultan Azlan Shah the Sultan of Perak in 1999. Currently, he is a Director / Shariah Chairman, GA Skylight Berhad and an Independent Board Member in Opensys Berhad and Bermaz Berhad, listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange
